FAQs

What To Bring

  1. Comfortable, appropriate clothing (about 5 to 7 days worth) there are washer and dryers to use at the facility, we also supply laundry detergent
  2. Sleepwear
  3. Shoes for everyday use
  4. Workout attire (gym shorts, shirts, athletic shoes)
  5. Shoes you are comfortable with hiking in
  6. Weather-appropriate outerwear (a jacket and/or coat)
  7. A swimsuit
  8. Sunglasses
  9. Personal toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, face wash, toothpaste, a toothbrush, lotion, deodorant, razors, hairspray, feminine hygiene items, nail clippers, tweezers) any items containing alcohol in the first 3 ingredients, or that have the potential to harm oneself or others will be locked up and can be checked out as needed
  10. All current medications
  11. Any recent hospital records
  12. A drivers license or photo ID
  13. A credit/debt card must be put on file for any potential medication co-pays. The cardholder may also authorize the use of the card to purchase Visa gift cards for the client to use to purchase any snacks, drinks, cigarettes and other items not supplied by the facility
  14. Cigarettes or Zyn for nicotine users, we do not allow chewing tobacco
  15. Any snacks or beverages you may want to keep in a small personal snack drawer
  16. An MP3 player or other audio device that does not have access to wi-fi, videos, or pictures
  17. Headphones and speakers are not allowed

Prohibited Items

Do NOT bring these items with you. If you bring these items, they will be returned to your home at your expense.

 

  1. Nonprescription medications
  2. Over-the-counter medications
  3. Expensive or unnecessary jewelry
  4. Car or motorcycle
  5. Inappropriate clothing or any clothing with a design alluding to drug or alcohol use. No excessively tight-fitting clothing, low-cut or revealing shirts, torn jeans, t-shirts with logos, or short shorts. (Only shorts with a hem one-inch above the knee may be worn while in treatment.)
  6. Items exceeding $500 in value. (Wasatch rehabilitation is not responsible for the lost or damage of any money, jewelry, or other valuable item.)
  7. TV or DVD player
  8. Cell phone
  9. Computer or laptop
  10. I-Pod or other MP3 player with video or picture-taking capability
  11. Any product that contains alcohol in the first 3 ingredients
  12. Aerosol hairspray or other aerosol container
  13. Nail polish remover or nail glue
  14. Hair color chemicals
  15. Clove cigarettes, spice cigarettes, bath crystals
  16. Butane lighters (Lighter will be provided if needed)
  17. Energy drinks
  18. Weapons of any kind
  19. Cameras or electronic audio or video equipment
  20. Pornographic or otherwise inappropriate viewing or reading material
  21. Straight razors and pocket knives
  22. Illegal substances or mood-altering drugs

 

You may bring the following items, but they will be locked up in the facility safe and must be returned to the safe after use.

 

    1. Eye drops and nasal sprays
    2. Aerosol sprays
    3. Manicure kits
    4. Prescription drugs
    5. Vitamins
